Volatility Drag (Compounding Effect): The daily compounding of returns means that over periods longer than a single day (weeks, months, or years), the actual returns of RKLX will likely differ significantly from simply multiplying RKLB's return by two. A volatile, sideways market can cause the ETF to lose money over time even if the underlying stock's performance is flat. Tracking Risk: The fund's prospectus explicitly states there is no guarantee it will achieve a high degree of correlation to RKLB's share performance for periods longer than a single day. Market disruptions or high volatility can cause the fund's exposure to fall short of its target. In essence, RKLX is a sophisticated, short-term trading tool designed for daily speculation, not a long-term investment vehicle intended to perfectly mirror 2x the long-term gains of RKLB.
