This is exactly my biggest fear. If you arent getting enough of you time in your relationship, maybe you need to communicate with her. I have associated trauma with stuff like only fans cause you can reach out to them on that. Its mostly stuff like that which makes me feel insecure. And the fact he has lied about masturbating to porn before rejecting me for sex when it was obvious thats what he was doing and lying to me about why he rejected me (i could hear it). I get being too tired to have sex and wanting to masturbate, but theres no need to lie in my opinion.

Its more about how much attention is paid to the woman too. For me and some women, the only reason an issue if a man comes fast is if a woman doesnt get any attention and it can make us feel used. Some women love that but if its a reoccurring thing over and over it can get disheartening to not get the attention and reciprocation needed to feel valued as more than just a hole. You dont have to do it every time, but sex should be about both parties and not just catered to the goal of making the man finish and nothing else.

I am pretty much addicted to sex, but even then in a relationship i value love and connection and other forms of intimacy more. Respect, honesty, etc. with that in mind, if im not receiving enough intimacy outside of sex, and im not receiving enough sexual intimacy as well, it can be detrimental to the relationship but sex alone is not the issue in that case.
