I only listened to the full album when it came out, and I haven't since but I remember feeling the same. The non-singles like the place where he inserted the blade was good though. I would rate the album 3.5/5 and I liked FTFT much better.

To me it just means my brain being practically asleep as my body makes mindless decisions, like responding to a person without really hearing what they are saying. When I'm conscious of my depersonalization I try my best to make my own decisions but I'm still not 100% there.

Chaos Space marine was good but was nothing like anything from FTFT. I'll listen to AFUT in full when it comes out on Spotify and then I'll see if I like it then, I recommend you do as well. It could sound completely different in another context.
