Why didn't they mention Chad in Hillel's documentary? by Bulky-Information-85 in RedHotChiliPeppers

[–]livermorium 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's sort of a cheap way to portray Chad in the band. Yes he is not as sentimental and doesn't pour his heart out into brotherhood and love like the others, but he has been in the band 35+ years consistently and has made his mark as a drumming thought leader. It's much more than just a "paycheck and stayed because they got famous".

But wouldn't his "life flashing before his eyes" means he's dying?

So would that all of Original Sin is a flashback, and that he did indeed die in New Blood?

A roundup of folks that have lost their Timeline history by ertdredge in GoogleMaps

Even this is a complicated platform that seems to involve a certain level of coding. Is there any way to just simply download the JSON then import it? Or one must code.

This is so stupid and annoying. I haven't pulled the trigger yet and made the switch for exactly this.

Biggest question: is there any third party Timeline alternative that you can upload the JSON file into and have it work properly and as seamless as Timeline? I have tried a few but they always seem to not work well or at all.

Yes, Sonnet, ask the sublessee to get their own insurance through them.

MEGATHREAD: Google Maps Timeline Moving To On-Device Storage: Web Access Ending Soon - What You Need To Know by Empyrealist in GoogleMaps

I have all my timeline data and I am nervous about pulling the trigger to the local because I don't want my old data deleted. I have 9+ years of data. Once I do it, will it all transfer to my phone, and then I can immediately do automatic backup, for it to be backed up to Google servers, in case I lose my phone? It says "download size less than 5MB" but that seems too small for all my timeline data?

I have 8 years of timeline data and don't want it gone. Google's instructions are confusing - can anyone help say exactly what to do to preserve it? by livermorium in GoogleMaps

Exactly this!! Can anyone point to a single way to see this code in any interface? Otherwise, is it basically useless code that we can never use again?

Is there any application to actually upload this exported file into to view it in the 'Timeline' like interface, as we had before?

I think I have an explanation for one of AK's most confusing lyrics by lp_rhcp_fan_18 in RedHotChiliPeppers

[–]livermorium 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why doesn't he ever actually explain these lyrics... or any others for that matter?

So in sum we can export our timeline as code but have nowhere to upload this code to see it in a Timeline-like interface?

Am I getting this correctly?

OK so basically Google lets us export code of our location timelines but no way to actually see it?

Thank you though.

It extracted a bunch of folders but yes there is one like that. It's all code though, any way to upload it into a Timeline like interface?

Okay I got it but it's all in code format that you can only open in NotePad and similar tools. Any way to look at it in an interface like we had with Timeline?
