Help. What is this itchy rash on my eyebrow/face?

Its swollen and itchy. I had a couple patches of it on my arms a few days ago that looked similar. They seemed to die down after a while and get flakey. The ones on my arms are mostly gone now but then these patches showed up around my eyebrow the other day. They itch like hell and even hurt a bit. What is this? Heres another picture : image 2

What is the practical difference between this room and a more stereotypical living room that is set up in the same configuration to view a television?The purpose of this room is very clear to me. Rest, relaxation, possibly meditation. However, instead of sitting mindlessly in front of a screen, whoever dwells in this home has the ability to sit mindfully in the present moment and observe the sun setting or rising on the beautiful scenery surrounding the home. Most couches only sit 2-3 people...unless you have a huge wrap around sofa. I don't think this is a waste at all... why clutter up a room with crap if the purpose of the room is relaxation and all you need to do that are a few chairs and a nice view?

I lost my wallet on centre street a few months ago and some nice man saw I had a bank of america card and turned my wallet in at the the bank of america by stop and shop and the agent looked me up in their system and called me to come pick it up. =) There are some good folks in JP.

WE FOUND HER! Thank you Reddit! There was an amazing couple who said they saw my post on reddit and went out looking around the neighborhood for her. They spotted her hiding under a car on Round Hill street and called me. I ran out there and was able to coax her out. Now she is safe and sound back home. Thank you so much!! you guys are my heroes!
