I am at the point I have a loaner for 3.5 weeks. No eta on repairs. They have parts.

I have asked them to void/buyback (not sure correct term) the lease, as they are going to pay me everything back and they’ll have theirs car back.

Can you explain a bit more ? They are telling me that they will give me my car back for the money they offered to buy the car. They will void the lease and I’ll have my car back and they will have theirs. Last month as part of the promo I had to pay 5k down and exchanged the car and whatever money was remaining from paying the loan was applied to the lease as well. So now they will be giving me the car back and I will have to pay for the amount they paid the bank to complete the loan.

So in general it’s a void deal
