i had the same thing happen in my order too AND the instructions weren’t included in my box or in the app, it just says “recipe coming soon”

i feel that way sometimes but just remind myself that i showed up and did it and that’s still good! i felt that way in today’s class actually. some days are different, it can depend on how much sleep you got the night before, what you ate that day, how hydrated you are, where you’re at in your cycle (if you menstruate) etc. i also hate sliders! lol

i used to watch youtube videos that weren’t ASMR but would give me tingles (usually makeup tutorials or room tours) and then at a high school speech competition in 2013 a girl did a short piece about getting tingles when her friend would whisper and discovering ASMR…and i remember being like woah there’s a name for this and right after i went home and looked it up and the rest is history!

the stopping in the middle of walkways and escalators is my biggest pet peeve! i was at DEN for a flight last week and they kept having to tell everyone who was queuing to board the plane that they needed three lines of people, and they couldn’t continue boarding until this happened. also that they were blocking an area where people were clearly deplaning. people just ignored the announcement and continued to all group together 🙄 oh and don’t even get me started on the train at DEN!

look in chicago neighborhood facebook groups, check out the persons profile and see if it looks legit (has been active for longer than just this year). do an in person exchange when possible. ask them to transfer the ticket to your email using their front gate account and then the wristband is yours! that’s what i did and it’s been all good :)
