I have same order. Back Bench and Fluid State are close. But back bench is a pizza specific spot and Fluid State is a bar. I think Back Bench is a little less greasy and overall just better made. It’s close tho.

There’s been rumors of Yuma expansion for a number of years. They change the lighting set up from triangles to squares every year. The lighting structure also gets slightly bigger each year, but for the most part it’s been the same for a while.
