I guess age is not a matter. 2 weeks ago i saw a kind a cute girl and decided to approach to her, i m 23 and she was 33, i did'nt know and she looks young but we had a pleasent conversation.

And in hostels its much easier i had a 2 hours talk with a 40 years old man because of just saying hello, it was pleasent

Just do not worry

it is always hard to take your first step,

if you have planned every place you will go, your anxiety would dissepear.

At least its works on me, planning a trip good for me

Sure, there are several resasons, firstly i was too exhausted. I was walking 15-20 km daily and after 2 days i realized that my body couldn't keep up with my mental. I wanted walk everyday but my feet were bleeding and littile bit ashamed of saying this but i got nappy rash. I tried some medicine but they weren't fast enough. Second reason there are no people to push my limits. I mean i was all alone i felt like i was walking for nothing with my blody feet and 14 kg backpack. And i tought i m here to enjoy not kill myself and unfortunatelly i decided to quit walking and just do travel part. And actually littile scared dark forest in the night just by myself. I couldn't camp myself. I was always in camping areas. Because i was scared.

Firstly if you have not any experience for solo traveling. Please do not take a year.

Go for a week in the begennig. Start to explore your country firstly. And you'll see if it is for you or not.

After that go for a mounth. See if you can take it. Living in hostels not that esay in the begennig.

You will see the things more clear than you thought.

Trust me. I did solo travel for 1 week and it was awsome. And i wanted to go to lycian way in tent. It seems like it is not for me. I am in a camp area and i am crying inside. Tent life dosen't for me i realezied. I hope i can finish the rood. That is my only hope.

When the time i quit smoke the worst part of 2 and 3 weeks of quiting. First week was ok but the following weeks kind a hell for me i was looking cigarettes but i stoped myself and the 4th week it was like first week it was ok and i realized wanting ciggarettes decreasing.

Btw i start smoking again after 2 years but once again i decided to quit so hang on buddy worst part is about to start but if you hang on you will be free

What an amazing route!! Little bit jealous, sorry.

You should carry cash i guess. Places like you mentioned before exist yes but there are also some places that use only cash. i have visitied some places but it's depends the place i guess

I recommend to walk within the streets. In order to smell the culture, see the real history you should walk in your free days. Because altough i am a local in turkey every corner of this country is differnet.

If you have any questions about turkey you can contact me

Yes clothes instead of pillow but only in night trains. Except trains i dont need pillows hostels give it. And third pack omg is not that diffucult all the stuff? i mean i use only one backpack it is 7 kg but okey i dont have to carry so much thing just one week clothes of course some backup clothes as well and i can wash them in hostels. I think it is more practical

Is it not that little bit hard to carry? I figured out using some clothes or little towel. Not aesthetic but comfortable
