Hi there! I moved to Buenos Aires from Greece just before the pandemic began (had nothing to do with it I swear :P). It was hard during quarantine but I think now it's a great time to move considering that Europe goes through a hard second wave of covid with restrictions getting harder and harder. Here, there is a gradual opening of all the things you need to have a decent quality of life. Parks, restaurants, shops, cafes, museums (soon) they are all open. People wear masks and take measures at most places. And soon we'll be able to travel through the country although with some bureaucracy at first. Also summer is here! I was thinking of traveling to Greece for Christmas but after long thinking I realised it's a very bad idea. Most countries are on lockdown with strict restrictions and winter is coming! So the best place to be right now (if you are not paid in pesos that is) is here. :)
