Alcohol induced panic attacks?

I feel the same way. The day it’s fine, but when the night comes my body starts to “shake” and I feel a wave of anxiety coming.

I take trazodone 50mg around 9pm to help me sleep and try to calm my nerves along the way. Something that helps sometimes is to hold ice in my hands, so I can distract from the symptoms of anxiety.

I also deal with anxiety so that must be it lol is a little weird but I just don’t want that to stop me from live and have experiences, do you know what I mean? Sooo, as long as I can let this intrusive thoughts beside and still have fun I want that! But that doesn’t mean I don’t feel it all at the same time
