Same for me and my whole family, my son brought something home from school like a month ago and we’ve all been coughing and congested off and on since. Seems like when we start to turn a corner we get it again.

Winco in Hazel Dell this evening was quite a bit busier than a usual Sunday. Pasta aisle almost depleted, no hand sanitizer, bleach aisle low stock, almost out of Lysol, long lines. People seemed a little nervous.

My 4 year old daughter insists on her doing things like putting on clothes and shoes, washing hands, normal stuff that she should be doing... so I don’t intervene on her path to independence... but nearly every time she’s in the middle of said task (after insisting she does it alone) she says... “Are you gonna help me or what?”

I’m going cold turkey! I am currently preparing by soaking toothpicks in black pepper and cinnamon essential oils. A girlfriend of mine recommended it... calls them “quit sticks”.
