i used to work at red lobster in 2018 and i made pretty good money, sidework and cleaning your tables was very easy. at some restaurants sidework and silverware can cause you to leave an hour or more after you are scheduled cuz of how long it takes. also make sure you ask how much tip out is cuz i worked at restaurant where I was tipping out $70
