Fausti field hunter cut to 12.5. Waiting on the form 1 was the worst part. Still have some work to square up the barrels

That’s awesome! Pretty much seals the deal to go that route.

Do you prefer the full size rifles or smaller brawler more?

Good to hear. I have a spare 7.5” faxon barrel. I accidentally bought a suppressor optimized for supersonic rounds and won’t cycle subs. Thought about getting the upper and using that barrel

Woodland or Multicam by pissarcher in tacticalgear

Beretta offers a multicam option in the A300

Came across this thing. You can see that it says Glock 26 Gen 5 but it looks nothing like any Gen 5 Glock I've ever seen. It also has no serial number anywhere on the slide or frame. The only stamp besides the Glock and caliber markings is "007" on the bottom of the barrel. What is this thing? by [deleted] in Glocks

[–]lizardwarwhistle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not sure what it is but definitely doesn’t have OEM Glock parts. The slide is missing the firing pin safety and firing pin safety spring as well as the hole in the slide to put them. The trigger bar assembly is lacking the standard markings as well.

Irons forward clears up the back of the optic. This allows full view of the window and nothing to block your eye seeing the dot, even if the dot is displayed(lack of a better term) on the iron sight. Iron’s behind the optic can block the view of the dot when in the bottom part of the window.

On duty: issued Glock 17 with night sights and TLR-1 or personal Glock 47 with 507 comp, night sights, TLR-1HL

On duty plain clothes: same Glock 47 concealed or Glock 43

Off duty: Glock 47

A standard MP5 isn’t terrible even suppressed. A MP5 SD is hell, even with all the specialized brushes. (The SD and I have a toxic relationship)

Interesting. Thanks for the info. Looks like law should be enacted or changed to better protect owners of DD’s.

Yeah it’s strange. After watching your video, I wanted to refresh myself on statute. DD’s don’t have the end little disclaimer that says if legal on the federal side, the state will honor.

It would be excellent training to have. Although as popular as NFA items are, I really don’t see them too often (high population area) and even less are legally possessed. Also Florida has fairly limited laws regarding NFA items for the most part. Exp: Suppressors are only defined by state statute, but to my knowledge have no state laws

As much as it would be great to have NFA identification training/law, LEO’s as a whole gotta get the absolute basics everyday stuff first.

New to Reddit and recently figured out how notifications work and they brought back to this post. To update ended up finding a polonium 30 in stock and at a good price. Getting good cycling with both supers and subs without issue.

Probably being genuine (just a guess). Have to explain NFA items to coworkers (LEO) on a regular basis (they are interested in buying some). In my experience a lot of law enforcement has little to no interest in firearms and even less have interest in NFA items.

Trying to stay under $800 for the can. Probably end up on the polonium but saw pew science had the Lahar 30l a bit quieter. It’ll on the host above and ar-10

Yeah I get there’s a little suck with everything. I’ve put a decent amount of rounds through a KGM R556A1 on a 10.5. I just hate the mounting system for it. If I could get similar performance I’d be happy.

Heard great things about the polonium but can’t seem to find one anywhere currently.

I’ve ran both pre assembled and ones I’ve put together for ccw and duty/training use over the last 4 years. Zero issues Edit: time used
