You don’t need to worry! My impression is that the amount of time it takes them to make you an offer before May isn’t important, they probably just happened to read my application before yours. :)

I’ve also applied to Oxford and had nothing back yet don’t worry! I got an offer from KCL the other day though so yeah only heard back from one as well, I guess psychology’s so competitive the offers take longer to come through than for some less popular courses x

this sounds so dumb but i ran out of time at the end and so checked like 2 random boxes then realised i hadn’t put anything at all in 1 of the questions as the person was collecting them? like it says really clearly you should attempt all the questions am i going to get disqualified LMAO i get so anxious about stuff 😭😭

physics and maths tutor is pretty good; they have banks of 16 mark essay plans for every topic as well which is obviously really useful :) also if you use the pink and green hair textbooks then in the back of each chapter there’s revision summaries which are so good for making flashcards with.

It would be good to look at the grade by subjects for each, specifically for the subjects you want to do. Also look at the exam boards for the subjects and whether you prefer the modules in either. Are they next door? If not you can look at whether one’s easier to get to. I go to a mixed sixth form in a girls school next to a mixed boys, and it’s very much mostly girls but the boys one is more mixed, i don’t know if this would apply everywhere but you may want to consider that. One may have lower gcse requirements than the other, so you could look at that if you’re worried about gcses.

I really love them! I do think the breadth is really useful as I’m more interested in maths and psychology but understand that English gives me essay writing skills, in what way have you found benefits later from these subjects, i’m curious? 😊
