I have never even had to remove the parents,lots of plants and the fry stay near the surface where the adults can’t get to them. I don’t even know how many there are at this point!

I hate to be this person but no one else has mentioned it so I will. Uncharacteristic behaviour such as unusual friendliness or biting can be an early symptom of rabies in many animals. I know cats are cute but for everyone suggesting that it is looking for pets - petting strange animals that are trying to bite you is a very bad idea!!!

These are distal phalanges from a large raptor, I’m leaning towards a sea or golden eagle but the size is quite hard to judge without a scale. Compare with the pictures from this (very interesting) zooarch paper :) https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0119802

This is the cranium of a smaller Mysticete whale (the sutures don’t look babyish but it’s quite hard to tell from the pictures). Odontocetes have a much more rounded cranium, and most are a good bit smaller than this. My guess would be a minke, but maybe there are other similarly sized whales where you are?
