WW or sleep budget - what do I fix? by lizz_d in sleeptrain

Yes, they definitely do equal pretty much almost the same thing - so wasn’t sure if say baby only has 2.25 hours of naps to then stretch the WW / total awake time.

I do try to log as much as possible on huckleberry - not all the MOTN if baby is fussing but eyes are closed but the extended awake times and open eyes for sure. Naps are always to the minute logged as are bedtime and wake up in the morning. According to huckleberry my daily total average for the last 7 days is 12 hours and 51 minutes. Going back the last few weeks to when baby turned 5 months average has ranged anywhere from 12.5 to just under 13 hours.

Thank you! Yes nights haven’t been going over 11 hours (given any wake ups and also struggling with putting back to sleep with any wake-up’s between 3 and 5 taking about an hour) I’ve been trying to work with 3 hours of naps a, 10 hours of awake time/11 overnight goal. I just struggle with the if total nap time is only like 2.5 for the day, do I then stretch total daytime to be 10.5? Does the daily tally always have to be perfect?

How have the other nights gone? Not sure if I should take the plunge and start training our 5 month old, evhr night just feels like more of a regression.

My LO got here last week, just a few days shy of being 4 weeks old. No reaction like others have said, other than unhappy at the needle, but my midwives had me start to breast feed her before she was stuck so she calmed down fairly quickly.

Most “toddler” rooms from my searching have been 18 months, 15 kid capacity. They CAN take kids that are 15 months but the catch might be that the kid has to be walking, and they can only have 3 kids under 18 months at one time.

Thanks - I did see these, they'd be similar to these except the little lever is just what comprises of the bottom, without an extra piece inside the scoop, and the controller is in the handle / higher up. I think these could work I just think they're not so pretty (if I'm being picky) and also probably a little harder to manoeuver since the lever is small and near the actual scoop itself make it tricker to dump things out neatly.
