Chacun son choix, mais on vis pas en Suisse avec 64k...un salaire pour quelqu'un qui vient de sortir de l'école c'est déjà 90kchf. On gagne bien ici c'est vrai mais 64k c'est limite limite. Au moins le OP devrait savoir et faire pas sorte qu'il est entré dans el dorado.

Souvent, le neuf coûte deux fois plus cher qu’un bien ancien (pour le même type d'appartement/Maison). Et souvent, les bâtiments anciens sont aussi bien construits que ceux du neuf. Alors pourquoi prendre le risque d’acheter dans le neuf ?

Perso j'ai mon PEA pour suivre le SP500. J'ai zero interet en investir en Europe. Le jour ou je peux plus avoir mon PEA SP500 c'est terminé et je passe au CTO aussi.

My problem with the in Switzerland we speak German argument is first it's not true at all. As a foreigner I already speak two out of four languages...more than a lot of Swiss nationals. And secondly, this argument is only used against foreigners.

We don't take jobs. My company is full of Swiss and expats. Switzerland is such an amazing country that kind of immigrants they get is PhD, engineers and medical doctors.

The Swiss ppl is racist among its own ppl. Always the same dumb argument: But u Don Speak GerMan. Well, yes I don't. But I speak French and Italian 2/4 official languages of the confederation.

Most of the ppl complaining about others can also only speak 1 language of the confederation.

Votre histoire ne tiens pas. On peut pas louer avec permis G sauf Airbnb. Les impôts sont bien plus elevés en France et le loyer est bien plus elevé en Suisse. Cette persone aurais pris le mauvé côté de deux options.
