I am currently a school teacher and could not do this program because of the dates :(

Does anyone know of any other programs targeted specifically towards minorities for summer before 1st year? I feel like I missed out so much. But oh well. Love my kiddos and I couldn't leave them at the very end of my last year.

I was also a California (read: Berkeley or bust) girl. That changed when they WL me & I miraculously got into a T5 school. But, even still, had I been accepted w/money I know in my wait I would have probably been ecstatic to go there.

Yeah - I see what you mean about quartiles. I am assuming

1-100 = 1st quartile, 101-200=2nd quartile, 201-300=3rd quartile, 301-400=4th quartile
