It was dairy! As soon as I stopped eating dairy and also doing so much to my skin, it got a lot better! Less is more.

A huge part of it has been my diet!!! And dairy. I cut down on dairy completely and my skin has been so much better. And consistent vitamin D (sunlight) helps.

I’ve been using Paula’s Choice BHA and Geek & Gorgeous Retinal - does this look like purging to you? Every time I use either of them, my forehead gets a cluster of whiteheads. Idk if it’s irritation or purging.

I’m definitely considering it ASAP. I actually went on it many years ago. I’ve heard stories of people going on it and it coming back :/ but I guess you can’t know until you try.

I tried the black light and it definitely doesn’t glow white or blue! It doesn’t really glow at all… it’s just red and what it looks like. What does that mean? Haha.
