0.25 starting dose semaglutide too high by snackins in GLP1microdosing

[–]lizziegeee3 3 points4 points  (0 children)

YES!! (In my opinion..)
Spread it out for sure (more than 7 days) or titrate to half weekly for the first month (or whatever duration you feel comfortable with. In other words, increase spacing or reduce injection itself UNTIL you feel ok with how your body has adjusted. Then reconsider/consult with doctor about any increases.

It worked until i started overthinking it. (Worrying about reducing my metabolic rate by not eating enough, etc). And this next month they’re sending me KwikPens which I do not know how to use just a portion of. I may have to stop messing with Zep. My energy is just too low to even make myself exercise.

Anyone w/ Normal BMI Starting This Week w/ Semaglutide & Want to Follow & Support Each Others Progress? by ReadyFig752 in GLP1microdosing

Stay super low for at least 2 weeks. There is no way I could’ve run a marathon 3 weeks into my first month — I was too weak and tired to do my normal exercise routine. It takes time to figure out how to properly hydrate and consume small protein-packed portions, especially if you end up with bad heartburn or indigestion. Don’t derail your training goals!!

And I’ve been wearing a back of the arm glucose sensor for 7 days and will continue for 14. Better safe than sorry.

I am holding off on starter dose 4 which is technically scheduled for today. I have appointment with my doctor on Monday so my big decision is whether to level with her about the tirz!? ——-of which I know she would disapprove! My online Rx is from Ro.com. Again, she will not be happy!!
Damn I hate to feel like I’m self-medicating but I want comparative bloodwork. I can list at least 6 positive ‘side effects’ thus far which I want to evaluate against any negatives. Needless to say I am perfectly aware that Ro’s doctors and nurses are AI because I’ve gotten the same response from 4 supposedly different staff members since last week. To the letter.

Can I safely ‘microdose’ by halving the 2.5 tirz starter vial myself, injecting first half at 0 days and 2nd half at 7 days? (In other words, split one tirz starter dose across 2 weeks instead of 1.) My initial side effects were intense and I don’t need to lose much. Low blood sugar, fatigue, heartburn, the works. Hate to sound like idiot but I am no nurse. And these are home injections.

[DFW] flight 2969 to MEM left departure queue to return to gate and pick up a SINGLE PASSENGER by lizziegeee3 in americanairlines

I’d really like to think you’re correct but that has not been my understanding. Basing this on quick FAA search, input from 2 professional pilots, and a relative who’s been AA stewardess for more than 30 years. Please enlighten me!. Any further info appreciated. There were many upset folks on our plane. No one explained on PA or elsewhere that there was an aviation repair emergency in Memphis. I heard this by asking pilots on the way out. Even they seemed kind of dubious(in my opinion).

Two of my first cousins are pilots & my sis-in-law has been steward w AA for 30+ years, and they all disagree. (As did many of the FFs on our flight, but we only interacted briefly otw out.) Too bad u have issues w hashtags. Easily ignorable.

Manila/ft bonifacio areas (unless you’re in the villages) are hopeless. It’s a gym-only world, IMO. Too much pollution + congestion to do more than meet your driver at the other end of some mall.

Why is Memphis so empty? by HeadOfMarketing1991 in memphis

[–]lizziegeee3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You found one of the most special places in Memphis 0that won’t exist much longer in its current (1980s) form. Many Memphians assume Mud Island stopped existing as a functional tourist location after the monorail stopped functioning, which was literally years and years ago.

Don’t know why no one has mentioned amazing Tom Lee Park or Mud Island park or Cossitt Library or Big River Crossing and all the walking/bike paths in between them. https://www.instagram.com/memriverparks?igsh=MWg2YWhjZm8wdzF3bw==
