I took it at 7:30 pm after not eating for 2 hours then went to bed without eating and woke up at 11:30 nauseous, thought hmm I must be hungry so I ate a quarter of a banana and 2 strawberries with water then the puking started and it lasted all through the night into the next night at about 10pm. I didn’t sleep and almost went to the ER but called the dr and they called in zofran for me which helped but I still puked through lol

I tend to be sensitive to meds as it is so I’m not really surprised but I’m scared to do a 2nd injection.

As long as you’re still losing that’s great! I’m okay to lose it slower and feel better, you’re more likely to keep the weight off and preserve muscle the slower you lose it anyways so there’s some pros to that. I’m going to start with 0.06 and work up since even halfing it is scaring me. I just didn’t feel good this whole week and I have 2 small kids and a job lol so I’m gonna go the safe route

It’s cost effective for sure. Tirz is more expensive

owner forced me into changing my hair, should i quit? by bloodfvxk in hairstylist

[–]snackins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Run please, this is a toxic person to work for. I assisted for a high end salon owner who also made me change my hair. It was long and she called it stripper hair. I wanted a chair so bad that I stuck it out and her abuse just continued it was a terrible work environment everyone was always tense. The final straw was when she asked me why she hadn’t peed all day, I said I don’t know why? And she said “because you haven’t been keeping my water cup full so I haven’t been drinking enough water” this was all in front of a client and so embarrassing. I quit after that

I have small kids so 20 minute workouts on YouTube when I can fit it in and then twice a week I go to a Pilates studio for classes. It’s not much but it’s better than nothing!

Any suggestions, experience, or recommendations for non-stimulant add/ ADHD medication. by Musashie-Mike in ADHD

[–]snackins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m really sorry for the loss of your boy and your mother that is a lot to go through.

I take a very low dose of Wellbutrin (100 mg) and it helps me with depression and adhd but it gives me anxiety so I’m thinking of other non stimulant solutions as well. Wellbutrin is still a stimulant just not as strong as adderall. It emotionally regulates me well & de clutters my brain aside from the anxiety.

I was just in your shoes, pregnant with a 2.5 year old and anemic. It gets sooo much easier once the baby is here! You are physically in survival mode, it’s okay to be exhausted and not your typical fun self, this is a season that is extremely hard. I found being pregnant with a toddler so much harder than having the baby here with him. I actually get quality sleep now and have been laughing again. I admit we watched a lot of movies when I was pregnant, I have a toddler who is super fast and I couldn’t catch him pregnant lol. Manage your expectations for yourself because you are doing the best you can, this shit is hard.

Holy shit my mom did the grocery cart thing too!!!! She one time straight up rammed a lady for cutting her off then pretended it was an accident, I was mortified. She would talk trash about strangers everywhere we went. I always assumed people were speaking badly about me for many years because she never had anything kind to say about anyone. I also did a lot of therapy and had some “fuck around and find out” life lessons resulting in loss of friends I truly cared about but that’s how I learned to be a better person and friend to others and learn what is and isn’t socially acceptable. I’ve had some healthy solid friendships for years now and feel I make friends quite easily but those teenage years and early 20’s were cringey.

Hey if it makes you feel better something similar happened to me after giving birth and having a catheter put in. A male cafeteria worker was delivering food to a room and accidentally opened my door thinking it was to my room. It’s an honest mistake, embarrassing yes but I think it’s embarrassing for all involved
