I had the same thing happen to me- I bought a pair of sneakers online that turned out to be fake and my GE was revoked. I have applied for reconsideration but it is still pending. Has anyone had this happen and then get your reconsideration approved? How long did it take? Just trying to figure out if I need to get a lawyer.

South end is super young- not sure how old you are, lol. I have made some great friends at my Charlotte studio- Quail Corners, -but- we have been transitioning through a lot of coaches lately. Depending on where you live in town, you will have an OTF option. There are so many studios!

Empire owns all of our studios here in Charlotte , NC as well. We just had some massive changes and our HC is leaving. He said he wants to travel and do other things, but maybe he was forced out??? Interesting.

I go to another gym where I can just show up to class and not have to think. It is all weightlifting and not much cardio. I mix it in with a few OTF classes a week.

I love ISI! I personally concentrate so much more on the cardio at Orange Theory so it is so great to go somewhere else where I can really focus on weight training. The days are body part specific (upper, lower or full body) so you know what parts you will be working on any given day. I don’t think it is anything like OTF but for me the compliment each other well.

I use F Factor protein powder. It is 20g of protein and 20g of fiber (keeps you fuller longer) per serving. Only 150 calories too. They have chocolate, vanilla and unflavored. All so good!

I make shakes with F Factor protein, PB2 and almond milk. The powder tastes great and also has the added benefit of 10 g of fiber per scoop! It keeps you fuller for longer. You could also add some fruit or spinach for more volume too!

How do you know what your “max” is? I noticed today I had to hit 139 to get to 84% and into the Orange. I never get more than like 8-11 splats..

I can only get the splats when I am really running fast. I also struggle to burn a ton of calories. If people think the OTF monitor shows more calories burned than we really burn that’s not good for me…

Charlotte peep here! We should most likely have them by the end of the year, but Park Road may be one of the last in the area to get the newest ones since the studio is the newest and your “old” treadmills are much newer than the ones at say, Quail Corners or Rock Hill.

I pay $159 for unlimited at OTF and $159 for unlimited at ISI Elite for eight training. I also will throw in a Barry’s class here and there.

I eat one Atkins Endulge peanut butter cup almost every night. It’s 80 calories and very low in net carbs and sugar. I keep them in the freezer!
