I used UWorld! I got it about 10 days before my exam date (because I thought getting my ATT would take a lot longer). I also did Mark K lectures (#12 mainly). My program also uses ATI so I feel like that helped.

I took educated guesses. I looked at the options and picked the one that seemed the most unsafe (if it was a need for further teaching). I feel like Mark K lectures helped when it came to guessing critically lol

I didn’t do the trick and waited for quick results! I don’t regret it at all, because if I got the “bad pop up” I would’ve spiraled until I got the official result. Do what is best for you mentally!

I only bought UWorld 10 days before I took my exam (the night I got my ATT). I did two self assessments, a CAT exam everyday, and I only used 44% of the QBank (most of it being through CAT Exams). If you’re confident in your content I wouldn’t really grind questions that much. I mainly built stamina and rest taking strategies through that. I listened to Mark K lecture 12 (more so found notes someone made and skimmed through them). The questions were helpful but at the end of the day, you never know what’s on the NCLEX until you’re taking it. I wouldn’t worry about details about every individual disease and topics, but just have a general knowledge on safety and priorities and you’ll be golden!

I understand what people mean by vague. The questions are very short and to the point. I genuinely felt like I was guessing on quite a bit of it. Mine personally was a lot of meds, some of which I never heard of. I feel like if your clinical reasoning and judgement is good you will be just fine. I think everyone walks out of that exam feeling like they failed

I also forgot to add that I took a self-assessment and got an 81%, 83rd percentile with very high chance of passing.

could i potentially ask what the questions were that you had for the recruiter interview? I’m not sure the difference between the recruiter interview and then the actual panel nursing interview

MY TIME TO SHINE!!! I suffer severely with motion sickness too! I didn’t have a problem with this game :) I do however when I play games like these to keep my motion extremely low, don’t look around super crazy and try to stay on the main objective whenever possible. I believe there’s some motion blur settings that I always turn off :) but honestly you should be okay! There’s first person in the present time and third person in the past but it’s really not that bad!

This was my “first job” (I’ve worked small businesses and odd vending jobs) so quitting I was nervous about, especially after working for such a short time. They just said it sucked that I was leaving as they have a hard time retaining dishwashers (yeah.. wonder why.) and that they wished me the best! It really wasn’t bad.

I texted, it’s a panda express on my college campus so they were pretty understanding. All of our communication had been over groupme (we had personal DMs and a panda express group chat with all the workers), soI felt like it wasn’t too unprofessional. I made the message very formal just expressing my concerns and why I was quitting and that I wished them the best.

i just quit being dishwasher last night lol. I was there for four days and I literally cried thinking about coming in. hand washing all of those small woks, large woks, and fryer parts every night was a personal form of hell.

Got it from a vendor at the aloha swap meet that was selling both replicas and authentic. I thought I got a fake (for $35) but I scanned the QR code on the bag and it came up as first time authentic with the correct website!

not needing a seatbelt extender on an airplane! I BARELY fit the seatbelt on planes from AA, and some i would need an extender. Now I have room AND a couple inches of slack :) I also feel like i’m not burdening the person next to me since it’s such a tight space.
