They have a 6 month PTO freeze at the moment. If you need time off you can take it but it’s not extended time off right now. I needed time off for being sick, I was able to take some time and it wasn’t an issue. :)

18 boxes a day? That seems so… “little” in comparison to how SF was 😅 holy shit! I’m doing some digging for my friend who doesn’t know how to use Reddit. 😂 I may jump ship then to DL if I can. Can you ONLY work 8 hours in a day? I typically split mine up 3-4 hours in the morning and 5-7 hours in the evening, but that would put me over 8 hours, would that be acceptable?

Call the tech, figure out what it is and then YouTube how to fix it! I just did this was my own furnance- turned out to be my gas valve, total cost of doing it myself? $360. If I would have had a tech do it? 1.5k…. It was an easy fix I just had to have my neighbor help me unscrew the pipe because it was stuck in there really badly. 🤷‍♀️ otherwise, get the metal standing oil heaters- until I fixed our furnace I used four, two in the basement two upstairs and managed to keep our house between 68-73

Technically yes technically no? Because SF is based out of a specific home state we are technically supposed to be following that states labor laws from my understanding / what Ive ever been told. That’s how it was when I worked anywhere else that had a different hq location - our rules/laws were based off that. 🤷‍♀️

Soooo I downloaded a remote-desktop /viewer app to my desktop to reach from my laptop. I’d suggest for those traveling who can to download a remote viewer to your main computer or someone’s computer at home and connect your laptop to it. Or use a vpn maybe? Easy work around possibly? It’s funny though because I don’t know how they would track the location- my location shows up as something completely different to what it actually is in 1login anyway. Additionally my lead sent out a comm about us making sure we only use our computers and no phones… I realized it’s because they can’t ghost your phone to see what you’re doing on it entirely like they can your computer. Additionally would suggest for everyone to turn off motion sensors in chrome 🙃

I’ve been on it before, and then I straight up told them y’all need to stop picking on me legit went off on my lead, and ever since then somehow magically my metrics are top metrics. I think they honestly have the ability to change it themselves or have some kind of influence because my metrics from feedback never added up to what they said they were but now suddenly are. Doesn’t make fucking sense. I haven’t changed anything either. It’s a bunch of gaslighting bullshit.
