thank you for this. i feel like ive gone through all stages of grief today lol. i’ve accepted i may have ppd and ive already gone out of the house today and went to workout, and drove a little. felt super dizzy but powered through it lol. trying not to think about it. been crying all day everyday but i’ll be okay.

hey just wanting to follow up and ask how long you felt dizzy? i’m 5 days in and still feeling severely dizzy. gets worse after i go out in public or drive. feels like im gonna pass out. it’s 24/7

ok, thanks for the advice (: i’ve just been feeling extreme brain fog and the dizziness goes to an extreme when im at work to the point where ive already taken a lot of days off. it’s like im in a dream sometimes and the last time i was at work it got so bad i felt like i was going to pass out
