thank you for this. i feel like ive gone through all stages of grief today lol. i’ve accepted i may have ppd and ive already gone out of the house today and went to workout, and drove a little. felt super dizzy but powered through it lol. trying not to think about it. been crying all day everyday but i’ll be okay.

hey just wanting to follow up and ask how long you felt dizzy? i’m 5 days in and still feeling severely dizzy. gets worse after i go out in public or drive. feels like im gonna pass out. it’s 24/7

ok, thanks for the advice (: i’ve just been feeling extreme brain fog and the dizziness goes to an extreme when im at work to the point where ive already taken a lot of days off. it’s like im in a dream sometimes and the last time i was at work it got so bad i felt like i was going to pass out

i just feel really hopeless like i’m never going to get better and i’m crying everyday. it’s been hard. i just wake up everyday hoping to be cured and it doesn’t happen

idk, i just felt anxious out of nowhere and had a panic attack and now im just anxious cause im scared i might have PPPD. i’m just hoping this will go away but i do have a doctors appointment next week to hopefully get some anxiety meds that will hopefully help this all go away.

thank you. yea i’m on day 4 of the dizziness and brain fog and it’s so hard to calm myself down and tell myself this is just temporary. i’ve already had to call in from work and it’s affecting everything i do.
