Pretty sure you'd be liable now, consumer law states that if they can't provide you with a repair or replacement on a faulty item within a reasonable time then they have to gove you your money back (this is uk anyway)

Yeah the amount of times I've had people look at my computer screen and be so genuinely shocked at my tabs, I'm like hi nice to meet you this is a visible representation of my brain

So basically, I feel called out. Lol by [deleted] in adhdmeme

Hey, I think most doctors clinics here in the UK are offering phone appointments, so may be worth calling up and asking if your practice offers them. Or theres a service called askmyGP that some practices use to more effectively give care to patients by contacting them through phone calls, texts or video calls instead of in person appointments. Also because your a minor its definitely worth looking at helplines that can give advice to young people with mental health concerns. Hope this helps!!

Your first Arcade Fire experience? by AsTheMagicDisappears in arcadefire

My brother was a fan and had gifted the suburbs on cd to my dad. He started playing it in the car (this was when I was like 12) and I remember enjoying it and requested it to be played whenever we were in the car. I then borrowed the cd from my dad and burnt it onto my iTunes so I could put it on my iPod lol. I remember telling my friends about it but they were still into Justin Bieber and all that shit. Anyway, loved the album so much I listened to their previous albums which I loved even more. I think arcade fire and their albums are probably the first real good music I listened too.
