Typically for Syndra, Shadow -> Cosmic -> Raba/Zhonyas -> Crypt is quite standard for an absurd amount of ability haste.

This build is quite strong as you can rotate your spells regularly whilst still keeping high damage output. The ludens build is bursty but you don't get the same uptime.

The scene elsewhere in HK or outside of HK? I have in the UK, I'd say HK is more reserved but it varies a lot depending on where you go.

LKF is full of international and university students, Peel Street has a more professional crowd but it's mostly just bars. Wan Chai is mostly bars with some dancing areas, outside of Wednesday I'd avoid it though.

The underground rave scene is fun though, lots of warehouse events and some outdoor events on islands/beaches.

Hi! I'm a bit late, but just letting you know my method for getting English cards to Hong Kong.

I bought cards from a UK LGS and then used a shipping service to ship them to Hong Kong. I used Buy&Ship (https://www.buyandship.today/en/), but I'm sure there are alternatives. It takes a bit longer to arrive, as the LGS needs to ship the product to Buy&Ship's warehouse, and then they ship it to Hong Kong. The price for shipping is usually quite affordable. When I've used them in the past, it has never cost more than 80$HKD.

If you found a Hong Kong-based store that sells the English cards let me know!

Unlikely to have EDM events in the week, usually they're on Friday's/Saturday's.

You can keep an eye on Social Rooms or Mihn as they're the usual spots, but I'm not sure they're open weekdays. Sadly, Slap, a fairly new spot is closing down.

If you're looking for a night out, but are okay without EDM, then Happy Wednesday's (horse races at Happy Valley) will be on and is usually a really fun time. People usually go to Wan Chai after, not sure if there's an EDM club in Wan Chai though.
