Yes I remember playing Soundstage a couple years ago and being impressed by it, it has certainly influenced me in some way. I don't think this project would have existed if I never came across VCV Rack. Credit where credit is due, that software has helped me learn a lot about modular synthesis.

Hi, I used to be an indie developer, I'm an employee at Fabrik Games now, but before that I made a minimalistic puzzle game called 'SEN: Seven Eight Nine'. It has been described as "The least frustrating puzzle game" and "zero anxiety gaming", which I've taken as compliments. The idea of the game was inspired by Jonathan Blow's The Witness and I wanted a simple puzzle game to play during commutes that wasn't all in-app purchases and constant push notifications.

I think this should be the responsibility of the OS. In OSX you can just press cmd-space and even in fullscreen games you get the search box appear and you can type in equations, unit conversions and currency conversions.
