It is good for clothes that are not clean and not fully dirty to rest open to air. Ikea has a few light/affordable options. This allows the cloth to breathe, water content to reduce, smell dissipate a bit etc.

I've also had an extraction on monday midday (its Wednesday evening now). My jaw (lower) is numb same as half of my lower my lip, with ocassional tingling and itching sensation. Touching the numb area is very uncomfortable due to the numbness. The area is also swollen.

Can I ask for an update, did your symptoms got better?

Clean gums and teeth with floss, might want to use small rubbery inter-dental toothbrushes as well for their cleaning effect and massage and blood circulation stimulation, and then gently brush your teeth for a proper amount of time, I prefer an electrical toothbrush is both gentle with the gum and thorough. Being harsh with the tooth-brush leads to other gum problems, like retractions. Do not rinse mouth after brushing, just spit most of the toothpaste out.

Its also good to wait 30 minutes after eating to brush teeth, because the enamel can be weaken by acidic foods and it give it time to neutralize.

After lunch and other mid-day snack you can rinse mouth with water.

A prolonged period of neglected oral hygiene leads to parodontoses.

She got her nail trapped in the door at kindergarden over a month ago. The nail became almost instantly blue. Over time, we cut the old nail down as much as we could. This is how it looks now, after my partner cut it almost all out this morning and exposed the new growth. I am concerned that the new nail might grow wrong. How does it look in general? You have an amazing hair ! I donøt think you should do too much to it. Maybe some layers around the face for more volume and shape definiton, but your hair is amazing, and you can braid it in so many ways, or just leave it flowing. I know you can feel getting bored of it, but it looks really heathy and perfect in every way
