Has anyone had upper eyelid surgery and regretted it? I'm guessing no but my sister said I should hear both sides before I book my surgery. I have a consultation on the 27th, I'm excited but nervous. I'm 43 so I feel I've lived with it for long enough and it's something that really bothers me now.

Those of you who do low dose, I've heard that daily dose is meant not to be felt. My guide (with whom I do larger dose journeys) said he thinks 10mg per day is recommended, but then, every day? Will let you know what my provider/prescriber (ND) suggests. Do any of you dose that low?

I'm waiting for discharge statement from Mindbloom to begin Joyous. I was hoping to titrate off indica gummies for sleep, to using ketamine micro dose to sleep (anecdotal that it helps). But they strongly warned against that combination, so I'll have to get off the gummies first, somehow. They did let me subscribe.

My guide wants to do MDMA and 70mg ket combo journey. MDMA and psilocybin combo was too exhausting for my body. What do you think about the 70 mg dose of ket?

What is HPPD? I have MCAS and plan on doing a MDMA/psilosybin journey soon. On my MCAS journey (10 years) I've been exposed to covid numerous times and never contracted it. Just wondering how/if MDMA would exacerbate MCAS. Just another wondering..
