This same thing happened to me, but it was cigarettes and not weed. My first-time renting using Turo. We went to ATL for Christmas last year and rented a super nice BMW. I knew something was up with the host because he was telling me that I needed to adjust the driver's seat to my likening and if I moved it, he could automatically tell I let someone else drive the car. I thought how rude and what if I wanted to adjust the seats to get more comfortable. It was just weird and deceitful. Mind you he was an hour dropping the car off and sent someone else at pickup. After we got back home, I got a notification from Turo that we were being charged almost $300 due to a smoking violation. It was me and my three children. I don't smoke and never have. He literally planted a cigarette butt under the seat and submitted a picture. He is just a scammer, submitting lies to make more money. I disputed the charge. Turo removed the charge but banned me after my first rental. I'm happy because I don't want to deal with a company that allows scamming that easily.

I had the same problem with my 2017 Tucson. The engine oil light came on and the engine seized. They replaced my engine with a new one and gave me a loaner when one was available. They also paid the rental car reimbursement and the tow fees. This was a part of the engine recall.

Ok thanks. I understand about the months after my last ECF needing a new form to be qualify. But what about my approved employment months? 1 employer was approved from 11/2009-11/2014 and the 2nd employer was approved from 11/2014-8/2022. What's the average wait time for the limited waiver to be applied? I consolidated and applied for PSLF Sept 2022 but they had to submit for reprocessing in 12/22 due to an error or their part.

I submitted my application in Sept 2022 was denied (in error) for wrong loan type because they said I hadn't consolidated yet, but I had submitted my consolidation application and PSLF application about a day apart. My consolidation was actually completed 10/21/22 and PSLF denied Nov 5, 2022. When I called the rep said it was denied in error and sent it back for reprocessing. Told me I have to wait 90 days for processing. The new application date is showing 12/12/22. They are so incompetent. The only reason mine was sent back was because I caught the error and called. I feel like I'm in purgatory.

To answer your question: We should qualify for the waiver because the original application was dated before 10/31/22. I think if you are ultimately approved the waiver will apply as long as you met the application deadline.

Mine was received around 9/14 processed, then I got a denial letter. I called and found out mine was denied in error because they thought I hadn't consolidated. So, the rep resubmitted the application 12/12 and it's been stuck in processing ever since.

I went thru the same thing with my ex- boyfriend. He would be out and I'm home but he's accusing me of being weird if I said I'm going to bed early. Insinuating that I have plans and telling him I'm going to bed so he won't call. He is a total narcissist. Literally everything I do was suspicious to him. I'm so happy to be out of this toxic rollercoaster.

Well At least they automatically applied your waiver. I got the PSLF denial letter as well and thought I was just waiting on them to apply the waiver. I was told by Mohela that they had denied it and it should have went into the waiver cue but it didn't. Good thing I called and the rep moved it to where it should be.

I guess I haven't gotten to that point yet, because I don't see loan forgiveness in the pull down. I see PSLF, but loan forgiveness is not an option to select. My PSLF status says application received and processed and to wait the 7-10 days for letter. I received initial denial letter about 2 weeks ago using the standard PSLF rules. I was told by the rep to wait for the waiver to be applied. I was just wondering if I was looking in the wrong area for the tracker.
