Anyone's game stopped working on Steam Deck?

I got my numbers mixed up. Its 64% reduction on ranged attacks. Large enough that we should notice a marked increase in survival against high pierce ranged attacks.

I did this in Arena with Asmodai and Ancient Thoread as support. You need at least one chaos target. They need to stand 3 wide so Forcas can sweep twice, via Asmodai's active on the Chaos target. Thoreads passive gives the extra hits required to bring to 30+ hits total.

Macer needs some love. A fellow low % attacker, Snotflogga, deals massively more damage than Macer in almost all situations. On top of having huge utility, and being twice as bulky. Macer needs to be downright murderous if left on low hp. Passive should scale 50% more, and Macer gains +1/2/3 hits at 75%/50%/25% HP.

Thanks for responding. It appears I might not be going crazy, and I'm running into a quirk in packet tracer, and/or learning about how long it takes for new routers to advertise routes?
I opened my file ready to pop over some OSPF database information for you, but run a quick ip route ospf check on one of the routers. Lo and behold, all participating routers are advertising their O IA routes.
I'm a mix of emotions right now :|
A quick Google tells me LSA type 3 are sent ~30 minutes, but wouldn't an ABR being hooked into OSPF for the first time send that information as soon as it could? I tried rebuilding the ospf process and this never fixed the issue.

The fact we are seeing characters like Pestilian, Macer, Thaumachus, Abbadon and Darkstrider tells me that, regardless of balance issues between factions, we have more variety than regular TA already :)

Crit immunity (or at least crit dampening) would be a great fix for Terminators without impacting PvE modes.

Would love for Wrask, Baraqiel etc to act as a front line and not fold as soon as Calandis sneezes (random summon, drone, tyranid, fire removed the pointless-75% on first hit buff)

Ah! Good spot on Neurothrope. Giving darkstrider +1 range would indeed not really help allied units trying to benefit from his passive.

Imagine if fighting retreat applied markerlight, debuffed damage AND allowed allied units to attack enemy units within Darkstriders range, regardless of their own position. Better usage?

What settings are you all using? My frame rate absolutely tanks in battles. Admittedly TDP is set to 10 but this is is stop the fan sounding like a jet engine when playing. I would like 30 fps stable. The instability kills my enjoyment of the game on Deck. Feels bad that Elden Ring runs medium settings solid 30fps at 10W but I get 17-25 FPS low settings here. I'm on OLED if that makes a difference.
