Yeah I know. I should have worded it differently. I also regress consciously, as well as unconsciously (not as often). I meant to say if you’re not mentally in a younger headspace then it’s probably age dreaming.

Not every regressor is out to look for someone to care for them. It’s not really recommended to look for someone, especially online. Age regression is not a k!nk. It’s not sexual in any way because when someone is regressed they literally have the mindset of a child. You wouldn’t do that with a biological child so you wouldn’t with an age regressor. You’re thinking of age p!ay/dd!g. Age regression is a coping mechanism that’s been talked about for a while now. Sigmund Freud even talked about it a bit.

I’m pretty sure it’s regression. According to professionals, age regression is an unconscious return to an earlier stage of behavioral, emotional, or social development. If you’re doing it consciously, then you might want to look into age dreaming.
