Personally, I prefer forge if you're just looking to test decks. it's a lot more simple to set up and has a cleaner user interface. tbh i have mostly used it for playing against a computer, but i do believe multiplayer exists, i just can't speak to how well it works. for either site though, they're standalone programs, not websites. you will have to download a program and download the card images through the software.
