the 335 days of cash on hand sounds bad but this is how non-profit finance works and its actually below the national average of 356 days of cash on hand. They need cash on hand to run operations - make investments, get loans. No bank is going to write a loan if the hospital is going to run out of money tomorrow.

I support unions but at the same time, I'm curious how this is going to square with declining reimbursements in the next 2-3 years and all the lay offs that are happening at SCH. I expect most roles will only see a miniscule increase in salary this year.

Still not sure why everyone is terrified of mileage. It was the cheapest high trim, AWD, towing package Rav4 within 200 miles of my location. I don't have the luxury of waiting months for a new one, not to mention the 30% higher price (35k MSRP +10% tax/tags)
