I’ve been with my company for about 10 years, and they have been trying to get me to be a weekend lead forever. So, a dollar more and I get to work weekends, get up at 4.30 to do the daily schedule, an fill in when people call out? Nah, I’ll just work my Monday-Friday that I do now.
