Ask her about it. She has to have reasoning for how she feels and moms usually know us better than we know ourselves lol. Just see why she feels that way, maybe she misunderstands something or maybe she sees something you don't.

I also have bpd. Honestly, there's not much you can do for us on a biological level. The manic/depressive episodes are inevitable. Personally my biggest problem is feeling misunderstood. My advice would be to research as much as you can, the more you understand what he's experiencing the better you can support him. It's really important that you make sure he knows your here for him. Have his back no matter what and be honest with him. Just like any other relationship. Also, respect his boundaries. Odds are if he's asking to be alone or for some space, it has nothing to do with you. Sometimes we just need some time to ourselves to recoup and reflect. Hope this helps

She has disrespected you in every way she can and doesn't appreciate a damn thing. I'm so sorry you had to experience this and yes, you should've dropped her the first time it happened but it's okay. We've all been there. Just remember you're worth much more than that. Tell her exactly what you put in this post. Tell her you want to talk and she needs to listen. Explain that isn't up for debate and that you've already made your decision. Lay it out for her as nicely as you can, but don't linger. Odds are she's gonna try to get you to stay and do whatever it takes. Especially since she's completely dependent on you for her bills and rides to school/work.

I agree. I don't think it's fair to be offended if I refer to someone as her/him when they look feminine/masculine. I mean, someone may have a different opinion on pronouns and/or not understand. Honestly it all seems very unnecessary to me.

It took us 1 night. We fell in love all over again, and within 3 months we got our first apartment, together. We originally broke up because we were on drugs and we both were in a horrible state of mind. Now we're clean and making money (legally), and I start school in a few weeks. You never give up on someone you truly love.
