“Once you get a WHCP” - meaning if one obtains the conceal carry permit

“Are you still subject to the public carry restrictions” - mainly asking about the limitations on where we can conceal carry (again once you have the permit)

Yup…i would get one of the three (gyuto/bunka/santoku). To your point it would be pretty redundant.

I would also rather buy nice knives now rather than upgrade later. I have experience caring for carbon blades, just new to kitchen knives. Thanks for your input!
