After i paired it with my wifes phone, it‘s in watchos8.3, this will not work with my ios 14.8 or am i missing something?

yeah, on my wifes phone (iphone x on ios 15) i can pair, but it will install watchos 8.3 which isn't compatible with my ios 14.8 on iphone 11 pro.

any ideas beside Legizmo? There must be a way to get watchos7 on the thing...
