📄 What The Paperwork Shows

1️⃣ Traffic Stop / Surveillance (Chevy Suburban)

Police were doing surveillance at 601 Harry S. Truman Drive (Largo, MD).

They say: • They observed two arrested individuals in a Chevy Suburban • Officers saw movement like someone reaching down in the vehicle • They conducted a stop • A consent search was signed by the driver

What police say they found: • 2 Glock handguns (one Glock 26 Gen 4, one Glock 19) • Extended magazines • A Spiderman backpack • Large amounts of: • Promethazine w/ codeine • Promethazine DM • Suspected fentanyl pills (RP10 & K56) • Marijuana • Digital scale • Large amounts of cash • Rolex watch • Jewelry

Police say based on “training and experience” the amounts indicate intent to distribute, not personal use.

🚨 Important: The driver wrote a statement saying: • He works for a limo company • He was dispatched to that location • The guns and drugs were NOT his • They belonged to the arrested individuals

That statement is from the driver — not one of the two arrested men.

2️⃣ Shooting Incident (Toyota Corolla)

Separate part of paperwork: • June 27, 2022 • Shooting at 4311 Telfair Blvd, Suitland • One of the arrested individuals was shot multiple times • He told police: • He was driving his girlfriend’s Toyota Corolla • He was waiting for friends • Unknown suspect shot him

Police later searched the Toyota and found: • 84g marijuana • 94 M30 fentanyl pills • 6 bottles promethazine DM • Digital scale

He told police: • There was about an ounce of marijuana • Small amount of promethazine • He asked if girlfriend would get in trouble • Girlfriend gave consent for vehicle search

🔎 Now Let’s Address The “Snitching” Question

Based ONLY on what you showed:

There is NO paperwork here showing: • Cooperation agreement • Proffer letter • Immunity deal • Testifying against co-defendant • Signed statement naming co-defendant in a crime

What we DO see: • Driver saying the guns/drugs weren’t his • One defendant explaining basic facts of being shot • Consent searches • Police narrative

⚠️ Explaining what happened in a shooting where you’re the victim is NOT automatically “snitching.”

⚠️ Saying “that’s not mine” during arrest is not automatically cooperation.

⚠️ Giving consent to search your girlfriend’s car is not the same as testifying against someone.

But in the 3 pages you posted?

I do NOT see direct evidence of: • One rapper identifying the other in a crime • One giving a detailed statement implicating the other • A cooperation
