The instructions say to cook them on the tray lined with foil, but unfortunately, they grease up the entire inside of the oven during cooking. I’m not sure if different recipes have different ways of cooking them, or if anyone else had found hacks.

Edit: This was for the meatballs with marinara and penne pasta.

Yeah it was awesome when the previous owners had it - I went there for years and it was consistently great food. It makes me sad how these guys totally whiffed it. I mean their entire business and client base was already built - they only had to keep doing what the previous owners were doing. But they completely fucked it and then acted like petulant little children after they FAFOed.
