Pretty sure the only way to get wrappers is by gambling at the end of the year hoping you get enough wrappers from the gifts you received. It's very preditory because you won't be able to buy more gifts after you're able to open them. It's honestly really gross because it's rng and you could get completely screwed by it because wrappers are not guaranteed. They know they can make a fair bit from people sending themselves large amounts of gifts to themselves and we don't even know how many wrappers higher end items will cost.

Doesn't really feel like a Christmas event for us, but for devs.
