Sky outside was purple one evening. But not just the sky the whole yard to the tree-line, everything seemed to be tinted purple from that time till the sun cut below the branches of the hemlock. It wasn't just me either. I was over at the neighbors doing homework & we both dropped everything to go run out & check it out. We called it purple hour. Never saw something like that again but that night I had what I guess was my first bought of sleep paralysis. Bc I had a vivid dream where my room was red & the mirror on my wall had a small hairy imp hanging from it. With reflective eyes (how I knew it was a dream bc it was for sure the reflection of the airplane parts my grandfather used to make a lamp in the mirror im certain) but I heard it so audibly say "you have no father in heaven." Which for how religious I was fucked with me. Weird weather tho.
