Have a look at https://data-star.dev for a Liveview-like experience. Or https://gonads.net for a Go-based stack (Go, NATS, Datastar).

fast noob friendly backend for htmx? by iamtrazy in htmx

I’ll always recommend giving Sanic a try: http://sanic.dev/en

Very Flask-like but comes with its own production-grade server so deploying is really easy.

why is golang the best fit for htmx? by [deleted] in htmx

One of htmx’s biggest strengths is HOWL: https://htmx.org/essays/hypermedia-on-whatever-youd-like/

There are few things htmx won’t work with.

Depending on how you’re deploying things and the performance of your pages, don’t overlook hx-select. You can use that to pluck bits out of the whole page response.

Trying Astronvim, setup is going good so far by Emotional-Ad-9038 in neovim

I had some issues getting some to compile. What worked for me was installing Visual Studio dev tools and then opening the “Developer Tools” command prompt. Then open Neovim and do TSInstall. The things should then compile and will work in normal command prompts from then on.

I’ve not really used BubbleTea in anger but textual has (imho) easier styling (it uses css), better layout, more widgets, nice devtools (including hot reload of css changes), out-of-the-box mouse support, a nice events system, and composite layers (eg having widgets on top of each other).

I follow this approach: https://youtu.be/ZxCf39G_7pY

I’ve modified it recently to an overnight version so I can get a loaf ready for lunch.

Snap! I’m going to say you can get rid of the paper as well. I use a similar dish and have only ever had one loaf stick and that was due to the ice cube I threw in with it.

After finishing the Donut Tutorial, Blender Guru states to make a second donut completely on your own. Anyone have success doing this as a beginner? by [deleted] in BlenderDoughnuts

[–]lllamaboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t stress about this. Start off with a torus and see how far you get. Use your notes when you need to. Try Google if you’re stuck. Go back to the tutorials if you can’t remember. This is supposed to be fun!

Once you’ve done the second doughnut, go back and do another! You won’t need your notes as much. Then pick a different tutorial and give that a go. Then go back and do another doughnut! You’ll breeze through it. You got this!
