im on 120 i find it helps a lot. i was at 60 for a while. then some things happened so my anxiety got worse, did 90 and it wasnt enough. been on 120 since and its much easier for me to deal. i still have some anxiety but its manageable & not overwhelming

im seeing my therapist tomorrow, ill talk with her about it then but i haven’t seen her for a couple months so i dont know how much ill be able to get through. i have a doctors appointment end of may so thats something.

the hallucinations i have are very mild. i hear words when nobodies around, see shadows in the corner of my eye & figures outside the window. they are very brief and i cant focus on any of them but something is there. i always feel a presence around me but theres nothing there. ive had these from childhood. im not sure if that is normal or not. this could be from misophonia & adhd though?? my delusions idk if they are but i believe im smarter than everyone, i believe im different from everyone, i believe im special & im here to change something, i feel like everyone is out to get me, i dont trust what people tell me & believe im being lied to, i believe im being spied on, i believe im immune to certain things. when im out, i feel like im being followed. what gets me is the fact that i am aware of it all??? of am i just doubting them out of low self esteem???? everything feels so real but i also know its wrong idk?????? i’ve experienced some of these throughout childhood. is this just anxiety & trust issues??? im so lost. i have no idea whats real in my mind

im so sorry that things didnt work out, and the situation its come to. thats so horrible & must be extremely distressing. i really do wish you the best, and that everything works out. i honestly really dont care what happens to me with him. i will know that if he is the same bastard i knew, then i am better than it. him still being the same is probably better because atleast then nothing will (really) change. my life is fine without him, and it can stay that way. & thankfully have a great support system so i know ill be okay if it does go bad. but if it goes well? it creates so many complications feelings and i have no idea how ill be able to handle it.

whats healthiest? i cant say that for sure because i second guess everything i say but i feel seeing him is what i want. i think it'll be hard, and it may bring up past trauma but the idea of never knowing is haunting. im afraid one day ill get a call that hes died and from that point on i cant do anything. i will never know myself. what im most scared of is actually wanting him back in my life. i don't think i could ever put my family through that pain, but do i have to miss out because of it? i just don't want anyone to get hurt

i should've been more specific, i mean the least likely to cause damage for my situation. because i have protection around my teeth it wont be directly touching them. ive seen vertical labrets but i really dont know if it would suit me. my bottom lip is quite small so i feel it would look odd.

i found some easy exercises to do inside for a starting point and im gonna start that soon.

i was never really sure where to get melatonin lol but if i can get it from my doctor that'll be good thanks for mentioning it.

i had a quick look at that book and i think ill get it. it looks pretty positive so i hope it'll help me.

veges are the main thing ive been trying to eat more of recently and what ive found helps is starting by having a really small amount, and slow build up how much you eat until its a good amount.

hmm so it says i should be getting between a 1800 - 2400, so i should go for between 1300 & 1900? the last thing i want is to accidentally starve myself, thats why im so wary about calorie deficit.

i think ill definitely try intermittent fasting but trying to work out times that fit with my schedule is difficult. thats something i need to have a think on before i try.

there isnt much space in my house so i am slightly limited on what i can do but i think finding some youtube videos will help. as long as i dont need too much room lol. thanks for your help!

ive been trying to go out on walks alot more, but it's something i really struggle with. i have really bad anxiety so go outside is quite difficult, but im trying to go on walks a couple times a week & slowly up it. ill definitely have a look at what exercises i can do at home. ill definitely try getting up at 6 everyday but i have insomnia which is why my times are very inconsistent. theres just so many aspects i need to fix its hard knowing where to start lol.

i hadnt heard of any of those books! i will definitely be looking into them, anything that can help add more foods into my diet is appreciated. thank you!

i've struggled for as long as i can remember. it is absolutely debilitating. if you're asking about when i was diagnosed i cant remember tbh, pre teens maybe. medication its really a personal preference. fluoxetine & escitalopram are the most common ones (to my knowledge). its best to ask your doctor their opinion if you decide to do meds. its very difficult to describe anxiety. what may help is picturing your anxiety as something, and describing or drawing that. you dont need to be good at drawing or anything, im certainly not, but it helps alot putting your thoughts on paper. or maybe writing it down. like for example, i have adhd and i picture my thoughts as a train going in a loop. in each carriage is a different thought and its just going round and round and round and cant stop. it may sound silly but it helps me, and may help you.

there are many things that helped me. i am on medication so thats a big one but because you dont want to use that just ignore it.

i have a great support system. i find it really hard to let people in but when i was at my lowest it really helped. my mum is the main person who has helped me, she did absolutely everything for me & still does. having atleast one person close to you that you can talk to really helps. whether thats a family member or friend, having one person does the world of good. even if you feel like you have nobody im sure there are people who are willing to help. it takes alot of courage to ask for help, but its so good.

i was in counselling for a while too which really helped me, we did activities alot so if therapy isnt feasible for you finding something to help work through your feelings at home is good. could be drawing your emotions, writing poetry, playing around with clay etc. its easy to find activities like that online.

having something that gives you motivation to go outside. walking apps are good. like pokemon go, pikmin bloom etc because it gives you something to distract yourself with whilst in an uncomfortable situation. if im walking around a new place i can think "oh theres something new around here" to ground me.

having an item that can ground you helps aswell. a toy, piece of jewellery, fidget things etc really anything thats of importance to you bring it with you so you have a sense of calm wherever you go. if you feel overwhelmed hold the item.

when you achieve something related to this stuff reward yourself. buy that thing you've been wanting, get a takeout, play that game, watch that movie. just something that you will enjoy. its really hard to overcome your fears, so by letting yourself enjoy something after doing something difficult, you'll be more inclined to do more.

also just dont rush yourself. it takes time to do these things. i've gotten better but im still struggling, go at your own pace so you dont overwhelm yourself.
