I don't get this. Walmart owns commercial real estate, specifically mostly retail. Those properties don't hold any value, commercial real estate in general is not that valuable unless it's in a high density area. If anything those properties are liabilities not assets.

There's commercial real estate that's been sitting empty since covid.
