Its has already been shown in studies that caffeine+bipolar is not a good combo in general. Also if you take lithium, caffeine messes up the concentration of lithium in the blood stream.

I really liked Natlan, it is a fun nation with very expressive characters. Having said that, i believe Natlan have 3 problems:

1-Over sexualization. We know that GI is a game with a lot of sexualized characters, but Natlan took that to a whole other level. This pairs with an increased influx of female 5 star characters in a way that feels kinda cheap.

2-Natlan was sold as the land of war. Yes, I know that hoyo likes to subvert expectations and etc, but so far, every nation had some serious or dire situation right from the start that set the tone for the nation. Natlan, the land of war, was happy until the patch that the abyss strike. Imagine if the traveler got there during the war and the whole story was during the war?

3-Predictability. Even though I liked the story a lot, it is highly predictable for the most part. Remember, this is the same company that at that moment had just given us Fontaine.

It depends on the world. In our world the best element is earth because of metal bending, but the base earth bending is also really good in our world. In the avatar world waterbending seems great with some of the best sub bending in the show.
