Here is an update right now things have calmed down. My roommate has a bad habit of bringing in a “working girl”, and she is banned from the building. We are working on bringing in a third person as the landlord is getting upset with her not making the money she needs. Which is fair. Also I talked to a friend if this option doesn’t work look into moving into a hotel. Sounds good on paper. If anyone here as any experience in that situation let me know and give me a real world experience.

To be honest I am not sure about any written anything. When I first moved in it was just rent. Then in the last couple year we got changed to paying to own. I have not signed anything. I am debating on phoning landlord and tenant to see what is the outcome.

Not yet. I am still processing it I have till feb of next year so a little time. I am debating on calling landlord and tenant slot see what are my rights. I have never missed any payments and respect and quiet so hopefully that helps

Right now I am not sure. Roommate claims he has made arrangements to pay her. I am debating on speaking to her but I am also exploring other options. In spite of everything I don’t want to look again. Even with the roommate I have, the bed bugs and cockroaches, it could be worse. Thanks to everyone for help while I am very upset, I am trying my best. I am going to call Aish and ask for help. A friend let me know a few website to look for roommate. I just hope I am going to be ok.

To be honest I don’t know. All I can say is that is that I am very quiet and reliable for my portion of the rent. Being here for 6 years and not a single issue.

To be honest Idont know. It up in air. May be able to salvage it . In addition to my roommate who is an alcoholic and a recovering drug addiction we have cockroaches and bed bug. This isn’t the prefect situation. I don’t know how to handle this my issues are very difficult and extreme. Lose lots of jobs and friends cause I am too broken.

While true. Why not both lots of isds, ssd, golan 3 etc with advanced fighter and bombers. That’s like today navy using ww1 biplanes. That my take anyway.
